Promotions and Discounts

If you have promotion code, enter your promotion code and your promotional discount will be factored into your order and reflected in your order summary.  Promotions and offers cannot be combined.

Shipping Charges

Shipping options are provided at the time of checkout. We offer both Standard and Express shipping.  FREE SHIPPING can only be provided via GROUND delivery. We are sorry, UPS does NOT deliver packages to P. O. Boxes.

Standard Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping. For Standard shipping, we offer USPS Priority Mail service or FedEx Ground service to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of merchandise (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Standard shipping is available for the Continental U.S., P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses only. Please note: Delivery to APO and FPO addresses may take 4-6 weeks.

We ship to the contiguous U.S. states. Shipping to international destinations or US territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time.

Shipping Rates & Options

Express Shipping

If you would like to receive your merchandise faster, we offer Express Delivery service. Delivery is Monday through Friday (not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed with express shipping will ship by the next business day, pending credit-card authorization and verification. Express shipping is not available to APO and FPO addresses.

Shipping Carriers

The carriers we use are United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and the U.S Postal Service (USPS).

The carrier used for Express Shipments is FedEx.

Delivery and Tracking Information

We ship most orders within 1 business day. Orders on back ordered items are held until they can be shipped.  If you signed up for an account during checkout, you may view your complete order history with Harmonia Botanica, as well as track all purchases made from our web site.

Returns

Returns are easy and convenient. You may return your purchase within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.  Fill out the return section on your order’s packing slip and send it back to Harmonia Botanica.  You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant.

Here’s what you should do: 

• Fill out our Contact us Form to get a Return Authorization Number. Include your order number, item SKU, and the reason for your return.
• You will receive return instructions from our Customer Care team within 24 hours.
• Include original receipt with your package.
• Send the return using a courier of your choice. For your security we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the delivery of the return packages.
